This month of November we will be focused in select portions of 2 Corinthians that call us to give thanks to God. This Confirmation Sunday we give thanks for the work that God has done and will continue to do in the lives of Justin and Sarah Rokusek. Not only will Justin and Sarah share their testimony of God's work in their lives, they will also publicly state their desire to be confirmed members of Living Word Free Lutheran Church.

Our sermon passage this morning is found in 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 in which the apostle Paul describes Christians as ambassadors for Christ. An ambassador speaks and acts on behalf of someone else. Our time in God's Word together this morning will help us to clarify the message and truths that we are to live out and share with others on behalf of Christ.

Serving Christ alongside you,
Pastor Kirk Thorson
