Our sermon text today is Luke 4:1-13 which records Satan’s temptations toward Jesus. We can see how Jesus withstood the work and accusations of the devil. There are lessons for us to learn in how to fight temptations ourselves
by knowing God’s Word. If we only focus on what this means for us, we may miss a greater truth - the picture of God’s redemption through Jesus Christ.
